After nearly two decades of success as a business leader and mentor, Bobby saw a gap in the transportation industry. Despite using countless local services for corporate and personal travel, none matched the level of excellence and professionalism he envisioned. So, he created it. With that vision, Laguna Car Services was born—designed to elevate every mile with thoughtfulness, comfort, and sophistication. Beyond business, Bobby’s purpose has always been about people. As a lifelong mentor and community advocate, he’s dedicated himself to creating opportunities for others—whether it’s through sponsoring local youth programs, supporting public schools, or providing hundreds of holiday gifts to families in need. His commitment to service extends far beyond the road. Bobby lives in Central Massachusetts with his wife and three daughters, continuing to grow both his businesses and his impact—always with the belief that success means nothing if it doesn’t serve others.
With a background in military service and a heart for excellence, Tiffany Weed brings precision, professionalism, and personal care to every aspect of Laguna Car Services. After honorably serving as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman for five years, Tiffany transitioned into operations—where her attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to service quickly set her apart. As Director of Operations, Tiffany oversees all bookings, coordinates directly with drivers and clients, and ensures that every experience reflects the high standards Laguna is known for. She manages everything from day-to-day logistics to client communication, post-trip feedback, and brand presence—personally curating Laguna’s voice across social media and digital platforms. Tiffany’s leadership is grounded in genuine care. She approaches every interaction with the belief that there’s always room to improve—and that true luxury lies in the details. She lives in Central Massachusetts with her husband, Austin, and their two daughters.
Joshua Thompson brings a refined eye for detail and a deep commitment to excellence in every aspect of his role. As Fleet Manager, he ensures our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fleet is maintained to the highest standards of safety, performance, and presentation—setting the tone for the elevated experience Laguna is known for. In addition to overseeing fleet operations, Josh plays a key role in bookings and client relations. From coordinating logistics to cultivating partnerships with top-tier hotels and concierge teams, he’s instrumental in delivering the seamless, polished service our clients expect. With a natural sense of style, calm leadership, and an uncompromising focus on luxury, Josh helps make every Laguna experience feel first-class from start to finish. He lives in Central Massachusetts with his dog, Blu, and is proud to be part of the team redefining luxury transportation in New England.
